"It’s a very convent location, right in the middle of Taipei. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included with your stay from 7:00-11:00am. It’s walking distance from the MRT, just a few stops away from tourist destinations like Taipei 101, elephant trail mountain, ximending, and all the popular night markets. "We did a last minute booking to ARK hotel and counter staff is helpful as this is the last room for saturday and sunday. They helped us to retain the room and we are very gladful for their gesture. Overall, the room though small but it's everything you needed it's there. Coffee and snacks available at counter, location is great fo shopping and eating. Within 5 min distacnce from Dongmeng station. We are happy with our stay and services rendered by counter staffs in ARK hotel."

"Very homey and quaint - just don’t mind some cracks or scrapes on the walls. The staff was very attentive and cleaned our room everyday, replacing water bottles and towels, arranging stuffed animals on the bed in a funny way.
