"This place was OK. I would like to see improvements in staff training to make other peoples stays more pleasant. Staff was not aware of our Expedia reservations and were pretty confident the hotel did not have such arrangement. Staff was also not able to produce receipts for room payments and that immediately caused issues. There does not appear to be any record keeping of these transactions. "Decent hotel. Good breakfast. Nice big room, but unfortunately very warm which disturbed our sleep. We wanted to see the Unesco site with roman ruins in Djemila - but a guy in the reception told us not to go, he said we had to be in a group to be let in. They should not say so to their guest, because we tried to go anyway and had absolutely no problems to get in. "
