"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...

"Good budget hotel in industrial area. Room needs refurbishing badly, especially the bathroom which had dirty tiles and pipe cladding falling off. Will use again due to its location to the motorway but for only that reason."

But good to close at night for quiet for sleep Bathroom a bit tight, to keep in mind. And no AC but this was late September so not an issue to close windows for sleeping. Room cool enough "
