"Excellent location near the train station (less than 10 minutes walk) and close to eateries and convenience stores (across the street). Room was clean, albeit tight, with a comfortable bed. It is a bit of a walk (about 30 minutes) to Place Bellecour and Vieux Lyon in old town, the main sightsee areas, but close to a Metro stop at Garibaldi or bus stops. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"This hotel was better than expected. The staff were not only courteous but went out of their way to be helpful. We had the least expensive room and yes it was tiny, but it was clean and very comfortable. (if you are bigger sized, you may want to consider not choosing the smallest room). Although there was no kettle, the staff happily got us hot water. We appreciated the recycle containers placed near the stairs. Hotel is conveniently located next to the train/bus station, easy access to city...

"Let us check in early which was much appreciated after a 6am flight, room was exactly what we needed just as a base. Was a bit out of town though and hard to get to from airport without taxi/Uber, so bear that in mind."

"Minimalist . No fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine in the room. Felt like in a student room on a campus. Felt unsafe. Area is scary. After business hours you have to walk all around the dealer store from the bus station in the dark. "

"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...
