"Basic hotel in a town where hotels are expensive so reasonably happy with value for money. Ideal for train station and citadel only a 15 min walk away. I did not have breakfast or need parking. The staff are friendly enough though with limited English, and Housekeeping was very thorough. The wifi worked fine after an early glich that reception soon fixed. A kettle in the room would have made the stay even better but quite happy with choice."

Positives: first, the location of the hotel is amazing it's near the bus stop and a lot of restaurants and café and bars. 2nd, the bed is comfortable. 3rd the room is decorated very well and the colors and lighting are good. "La Rotonde is a decent enough hotel for people on a tight budget. It was closed when I arrived mid-afternoon, so I found myself in a beach-side bar for 90 minutes until a hotel employee let me in.
