bien dans l ensemble
je trouve que quelques petites ameliorations devraient etre apportees , ustensiles de cuisines tres uses,nettoyage des electros pas top et canape de salon et tv un peu petit surtout pour 4 personnes , sinon le reste est parfait , nous avons passe une tres bonne semaine

Ausstattung und Aufteilung sehr gut. Großes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Betten sind bequem. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Einzelgarage im Sammelparkdeck. Sammelparkdeck.

Urlaub an Großbaustelle
Der Urlaubsort und die Region ist sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung an sich war in Ordnung, liegt aber direkt an einer Großbaustelle, dort werden weitere große Wohnhäuser gebaut. Dies ist mit einer erheblichen Lärm- und Staubbelästigung verbunden, in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts wurde auch am Samstag gearbeitet. Nutzung des Balkons deshalb nicht möglich, Fenster öffnen nur außerhalb der Arbeitszeiten auf der Baustelle.

Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings befindet sie sich in einem Neubau, der mitten in einer riesigen Baustelle steht, die Angaben der Agentur, dass sich "eine Baustelle bis zum 6.4.2024 in 30-100 Meter befindet", sind absolut unzutreffend. Die Baustelle ist unmittelbar vor dem Haus und erstreckt sich über mehrere Häuserblocks, die Lärmbelästigung ist immens - offene Fenster tagsüber oder die Benutzung des Balkons sind ausgeschlossen. Das alles soll laut Aussage von Anwohnern mindestens bis 2028 dauern. Nicht für Erholungssuchende geeignet.

Séjour agréable
L'appartement est bien situé, le comfort suffisant, le silence reigne dans l'immeuble et la place de parking au sous-sol en accés direct est très apprèciable. Le quartier est nouveau donc encore en travaux mais, cela ne génére aucun désagrément. Si marcher ne vous pose pas de problème, le centre ville et les ballades en bord deplage sont facilement accessibles.

semaine de vacances au top!
emplacement sympathique, à la fois au calme mais accès rapide au coeur de Dinard le garage est un vrai plus logement bien équipé et de qualité, immeuble calme
