"When booking this villa they were very poor in replying - several time I had to resend messages / emails before I had a reply. Before we arrived, I tried to book a table for breakfast for the group that was staying, only to be told when the 1st of the group arrived, that the kitchen was not working as they had no chef - others were told it was due to having no hot water. They then booked a table up the street without telling us. We had difficulty getting new bath towels even when they were asked...

"Looking for a one night cheap night stop over,and for just $30 ,then it's OK.But I can not imagine having a holiday in this type of property. Dark damp and dingy but provided a good night sleep and early checkout to something more up market. The property is very tired looking worn out and more suited to domestic tourism , not international"

"On reviewing this property before we left australia it didnt look good, but we thought hey why not might be ok now....famous last words. The place is not clean and despite them saying they will clean everyday...they dont. Whilst hot water in a country like bali is probably the last thing you want. After going ATVing or white rafting and cold you really want a hot shower...but your not getting one unless you ask abd you wait and you ask eveyday. "Si le bâtiment de réception et de restauration est un joglo traditionnel splendide une belle collection de céramiques chinoises, tout le reste est une catastrophe. chambre, management, service, piscine, petit déjeuner. alors que l’hôtel était vide, la troisième chambre proposée donnait sur une route très passante avec drap sale ..... . il a fallu bataillé pour avoir un drap de dessus sans payer. le ménage a démarré au bout de 4 jours après multiples réclamations .
