"I have been to many hotels that have tried to spruce up the place with quick fixes and shoddy work. The Baymont was exceptionally renovated with gorgeous high-end hallway carpet, excellent calming paint colors in the room, the right amount and type of decor, plus a very clean and attractive bedding. Everything was almost perfect except for the bit of wait to check-in and the "extra charge" for a late check out. Great hotel overall! Stay and enjoy. "

"Everything was good except the free breakfast doesn't open till 6:00 am when other Country Inn's open at 5:30. The hotel is by the army base and we had to be on the base for graduation early. Hopefully they will consider opening the breakfast a little earlier. Also the toilet in our room was very low. It looked like it was a child's toilet. When someone has knee problems it was hard to use the toilet."

"Provided the quality and service of a Hampton Inn that you come to expect. The breakfast was good and the area kept clean and stocked. This hotel is very convenient to access downtown or the riverwalk and restaurants are nearby. The only downside was the bathroom was smaller, a bit cramped and lacked a fan. Also, be aware that we experienced a lot of ambulance siren noises because it is located next to a hospital. "

"I wanted a place to stay for a New Year's Eve staycation and it was just perfect for what I needed. The room itself reminds me of a New York loft. While there wasn't a traditional closet, there was a space to hang up extra clothes and hooks to hang up your coats and purses. The property has a bit of wear in the room itself, but it wasn't enough to make me not want to book the space again. The only thing I didn't like was not having a microwave in the room, but there were plenty of dining options...
