There was a bad smell to weed every where. Other costumers smoking weed inside. Room was dirty since day one, hairs in the shower, no new clean towels for the bathroom. The beds didn't get done, the front desk service was not as good. Too noisy all night! Didn't feel safe at all. It was a terrible experience and I was there for BCT graduation! But don't recommend no one to stay here, specially is not child appropriate!

Upon arrival, I instantly got an uneasy feeling about the individuals walking the parking lot & lurking around the front of the property. Me and my 3 teenage children walked in, no one was at the desk so we wandered around in hopes of finding someone. A young lady finally came and got us checked in. Once we got to the room, we unloaded and I went to take a shower. Once I set foot into the shower, there was instantly hair from the floor that my feet had picked up, as well as dirt from the floor. The flooring itself was dusty & dirty. Found faded stains on the sheets and once my son woke up, I found a toe nail clipping next to the pillow. Not to mention other things that were wrong/sketchy.

Expedia should tell customers that this hotel is currently hosting homeless people. Feel really unsafe during our stay because they were in and out and smoking something that I’m not sure what it was. Very bad experience and is not hotel fault but Expedia for not telling customers this.

We were able to do pre-check in. So the check in process was a breeze. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Clean bedsheets. We were surprised and delighted to see that complimentary breakfast. Keep making necessary improvements. It needs to be more handicap parking. Some of the vehicles didn't have have handicap placard.

The floors aren’t glued down, the bathroom door was incredibly hard to shut and open, there was no vent in the bathroom. We had asked for extra blankets and pillows, when we arrived at midnight there was none in our room as we had a blowup mattress for an extra adult with us. So at midnight after driving 9 hours I had to go ask for bedding and all she could give me was a singular pillow and a comforter, no sheets.

This space feels like it will be ready for guests in a couple years. The huge paint spills on the floor, the holes in the ceilings and walls, and the general construction and stink made this stay really disappointing. They seem to have photos on Expedia that aren’t of the hotel, as we watched too many guests have the same reaction we did. Putting our do not disturb on our door, then finding our room sort of cleaned and our towels removed but not replenished made me feel unsafe. Don’t recommend. This was awful.

This hotel served its purpose and that is the best I can say. It was run down, I had to shove the door closed, it had roughly patched gouges in the bathroom door, the room smelled like old smoke, the bed was uncomfortable, the coffee tasted like mold, and the road to the hotel was abysmal. The sheets were soft though and it had a nice parking lot once you actually make it to the property.

The room was smelling really bad ,the room size was nice since we had a living room with shower/bathroom and a bedroom with shower/bathroom, but In the living room was no tv and a very small light that didn't light up the room at all, behind the bathroom doors we found a handful of Hair and dirt, the coffee area was not clean at all and besides breakfast time you could not get coffee,I checked out earlier then I planned due to the smell in the room, we lit four candles and it still could not cover the smell ( I know you can not really tell by the pic but there was a lot of hair behind the door)
