"I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, but a big reason we booked this hotel was the option to have a hot tub, which was no in service. It would have been helpful to know this when the room was booked. Other than that issue, the hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly."

"The property and Club House were beautiful and filled with character and history. We enjoyed sunsets with cocktails and dinner at The Wharf restaurant. However, upon arrival the bell hop and front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful. The bell hop did not give us directions to the front desk and the signage is not obvious so we had to wander a bit.
