"The property and Club House were beautiful and filled with character and history. We enjoyed sunsets with cocktails and dinner at The Wharf restaurant. However, upon arrival the bell hop and front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful. The bell hop did not give us directions to the front desk and the signage is not obvious so we had to wander a bit. When we came back to the car, the bell hop was less than eager to help us with the bags, so we just parked the car and took in our own...

"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...
