"Very clean. Felt safe in the hotel. At night there was alot of homeless people wandering in the area which made us feel uncomfortable. The beds were compfy and we appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. "

"I loved how spacious my suite. Did not like the location but staff vigilant of any shady characters."

"Liked that the hotel is so close to the medical center. Convenient to spend the night here before having a medical procedure done in the morning. Breakfast was very good & the bed was comfortable. Very nice & clean!"

"We had a smooth check-in and our room was very clean and quiet. The only negative was that at 8:15 in the morning there was no staff member in the breakfast area to wipe down tables and empty the overflowing trash cans. Breakfast itself was adequate. "

"The room was very neat. The breakfast was just ok. The pillows are super thin and I had to request extra. This request was late at night after housekeeping went home so the front desk brought them up to us. The biggest frustration was the AC/Heating unit. The direction of the air was directly on us in bed and didn't circulate very well. Having the A/C blow directly on my head caused me to be congested but the alternative was being hot while trying to sleep."

"This was a great choice and affordable for my daughter and I. The staff was amazing. I am diabetic and had left my insulin in the fridge after I had checked out. A staff member called me to tell me that I had left it. I really appreciate them for such kindness. "
