"Very clean, but has quirks. You could tell the property is old, but cozy. Hot water is excellent, but it takes about 10 minutes to warm up. Once it does though, it's HOT. "

"Key Inn was able to accommodate me when my original booking at another hotel fell through(Norwood Inn was closed and condemned, but they did notify me). The Key Inn is older and a bit shabby, but it appears that they are in the process of renovating one wing."

"It was kept very clean and neat. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, and the room was a great size. They need to update the printed channel listing in the rooms. We only got about half of the channels listed, none of the news channels that were on the list. I did mention the channels not coming in to the desk staff, but not sure if anyone tried to fix our tv connection."
