"This place is not what is shown on Expedia. It is now a hostel for social housing. We were told they do not advertise on Expedia any more. But they let us pay and check in without telling us about the changes. We immediately checked out but have had to wait for a refund. "

"After driving through traffic for almost 4 hours, when we arrived an older man with a mobile phone told us we did not in fact have a booking, that the hotel did not in fact exist as a hotel - even though all signage was still up. "Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head."
