"We had a fantastic stay. The house is just as presented in the pictures. Very clean. I loved the house rules of taking off the shoes, we always do at home and it was good to know the owners care about that too. Bethany was an amazing host! Very attentive and responsive. It is obvious how much they care about their guests. Mattresses were super comfortable, that’s very important to us.Location is right outside of Letchworth park, we followed Bethany’s recommendation to explore park from the house...

We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that."
