"The staff was very accommodating and the hotel verry clean. The AC was able to cool the room in less then 5 min so no need to leave it on when leaving for the day. The street parking is not easy but there is a public parking lot at 5 min walk across the street and another one at about 20 min walk, close to Burriana Beach. I do recommend going to beach to Burriana, it is the biggest and the sun is lasting longer at the sunset. The Mercadona that is about 5 min away is a grate thing where to buy...

Just a few minor things- no bin in the room (only a tiny one in the bathroom), nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom, a few hooks on the back of the door would help! "Easy digital check in and responsive staff. Love the bikes. Nice view from the balcony and very comfortable beds. The room is small but has everything you need including a safe. We were able to find street parking right at the hotel and it’s an easy walk to all of the bars and restaurants in central Nerja. "

"Really comfy, clean room but a few oddities - no door on the bathroom which is fine for a solo traveller but maybe not ideal for couples, front door lock broke and wasn’t fixed until the following day (was removed completely!), nespresso machine broke and was removed. Shower was good but wet room style. I was on the ground floor so a bit noisy. Just something to be aware of. Staff were very helpful."

"We had an excellent stay at Hostal Casa Mercedes. Thank you to the team there. We arrived on a late flight after reception closed, but were given access code to enter property and key was left in our room. It was all communicated in advance and worked without any problems. The room (junior suite) was spacious with large comfortable bed, double shower cubicle and balcony with direct view to sea. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection. Excellent value for money. "
