"Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions "

"Good location. Eateries just steps from the hotel entrance. Room was spacious with fresh air as window is openable . Beds & pillows are comfy.. Aircon & Water heater works well. Staff is friendly & helpful. The only obvious downside for this old property is the need to climb a spiral bridge to reach our room on the 5th level. Recommended when visiting Hanoi again. "

"Nice clean hostel located right in the centre of Hanoi old quarter! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms in each room were modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Amazing value for money"

"So confused who could have given this hotel the good reviews. Was definitely my least favourite stay on my 2 month southeast asia trip. Firstly I walk in and the room had ants crawling all over, the safe and minibar both didn’t work (which is quite important when you’re somewhere so hot and can’t even keep cold water in your room).
