"We loved the house and its location to the beach very short walk. This house wasn’t that clean. The tops of the beds headboards were very dusty and dirty. The pull out sofa mattress had crusty dirt on the ends of the mattress. There are no sheets for the pull out. Also, the guest bedroom floor was dirty and the bed sheets had several hairs on them. The showers had hair on the tile and the bathroom floor was gritty and dirty feeling. The twin bunk beds were very uncomfortable and just two beds...

"This home is absolutely beautiful. It is conveniently located to stores and just 15 minutes from the ferry. Like many VRBO homes, the owners have a book waiting for your arrival to fill you in on everything. They have also included some interesting places to visit on the island. "This place was the "easy-button" and a perfect site for our management meeting. Excellent proximity to the beach, shops and food. House was brand new and wonderful views of the gulf. We'll be back again next year for the next set of meetings. "

"Overall 5 stars. Did need a few small things. Blinds in king room on 1st floor only went half down, can openers need to be replaced, coffee pot for Kcups didn’t work and it could use some updated pans. They did havePlenty of plates & utensils to use. The tide was high during our stay so we didn’t get to have much beach time except in the early morning. Would definitely rent this beautiful house again. "

"Beautifully decorated home, large deck, perfect location. Oceanfront, water just steps from the back door. Master bedroom has an amazing ocean view! Had some issues with the AC, the owner and management company were quick to respond. We will definitely rent this property again!"

"We stayed for a long weekend with family. The 4 bedrooms all have their own bathroom (4th bathroom in the hallway). It was perfect and very spacious. Clean, brand new. Towels and linens were provided. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook & having two refrigerators was something we didn’t know we would need. Very close to the beach with a small golf cart path (vehicle access in the neighborhood next street over). We definitely would stay again!"
