"Great location but needs proper TLC"

"This property is in a great location, only 2 staircases down from the Main Street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is on a different floor from two of the rooms which is a little tricky and the stairs are hard to walk down in the middle of the night. Other than that it is a cozy stay. "

"This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. "

"Top of a lot of steps but therefore near to cable car and the shuttle bus back to airport. Clean nice and quiet. Great comms with manager. "

"Mobile Home, es sollte ein neues Mobilhome sein, aber als wir ankamen gab es einige Mängel. Die Ausstattung an Besteck und Gläser war schlecht. Die Treppe der Terrasse war defekt(Leiste). Ein Tag vor Abreise und nochmalige Beschwerde wurde es repariert. Der Mülleimer war defekt und was gar nicht ging, das der Stöpsel von der Spüle fehlte, somit war abspülen jeden Tag eine Herausforderung. Sobald wir die Klimaanlage angeschaltet haben war diese am starken brummen, so daß man sie auch nicht nutzen...

"We had an excellent stay at the Rooms Nina. We were very well received by the host, who was very kind and smiling. The room was very beautiful, cosy and clean. So was the bathroom. She gaves us a lot of places to hang out, and eat. We thank her very much for everything. The Old Town is a 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of things to do and see. It’s very beautiful. We certainly recommend this place and vacations in Dubrovnik ! "
