"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"We had a beautiful stay here! Great location in the San Bras area. A couple things to just be aware of before you book: The hotel is not on a drivable street so you will have to walk to the closest street or the San Blas square. They didn't refill our water in our room but there is always water available to refill your own upstairs in the breakfast room The views at breakfast are incredible!"
