"Not a bad resort in the Nanoose/Parksville area. I would say the only downside was the size of the unit, and the lack of functioning furniture. Would have been nice to have a desk or in the very least a coffee table. Plus side, the outdoor hot tub was a great addition to the nightly rental. There is also a gym and indoor pool as well. "

"Long stairway up to lobby. Staff carried our luggage up but it was very inconvenient to get to parking. We left to go out to dinner and there was no parking available. I phoned the hotel and they gave me directions to another parking lot which turned out to be several blocks away. We are elderly and this was without a doubt the worst parking situation I have encountered. It was pouring rain and very dark. When we checked in originally we had to pay another $15 because we were 2 hours early....

"Comfortable, quiet room. The restaurant is top-notch, high-quality delicious food. The sauna, pool & change rooms are immaculately clean. A perfect place for a fabulous, relaxing weekend getaway."

However, we found garbage and loose candy (Skittles) in the nightstand drawers, which was concerning. Additionally, the safe was locked and could not be reset. While we did not contact the front desk for assistance, as we did not need to secure any valuables, this did raise concerns about whether housekeeping was adhering to their checklists and...

"We stayed in unit 206, which is nice but could use some updating. For example, it has two mismatched wine glasses and the decor is tired. The place is clean, warm, and has a great view."
