We goofed when trying to lock our unit despite the owners clear video instructions and the lock timed out after too many tries. Greg fixed the problem within minutes. We look forward to our next stay in this unit."

"Coffee maker was shot. John was fairly uncommunicative until I was already checked in. Knowing that the front door was almost up against a 30ft retaining wall would also have been beneficial. The map also mislabeled where the suite is actually located until after it had been paid for. "
