"Very great hotel with excellent service, 5 stars for sure. Transportation service was a plus. If we wanted to go to a nearby park for my kids to play they took us. The mall la misión is a beautiful mall with lots to do right in front of the hotel. The only thing I wish they would work on with the city is possibly putting in a cross walk right in front to cross to the mall. They have stairs with a bridge ( difficult for strollers ) a pedestrian signal would be nice. "

"If you are not claustrophobic then this is a very nice place to stay. Rooms do not have any windows but very clean and modern. Adjacent to the restaurant and water filters. Rooms are climate controlled and does not have much local control available. Shower and washrooms are excellent. "
