"Check in very good. Check out much poorer. Room dilapidated (TV remote control held together with sellotape, bed mattress past it's best and sofabed seat very poor). Black mould around bath. Shower nice. Kettle good. Room peaceful and dark at night."

"Although a hostel, it offers single and other private rooms, which was my case. The room was big enough with a few hangers, a chest of drawers, a lamp, an armchair and washbasin. The toilets and showers are shared in sufficient numbers for both sexes. There us a huge kitchen/canteen and a common room.on the ground floor. The staff I met were all smiling and helpful. "

"Perfect stop off on the way to Cornwall. Within walking distance of Clark’s Shopping Village. Fantastic dinner and breakfast and staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable but basic and could do with a refresh but I would stay again due to the other positives. "
