"El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a una cuadra y media del Gimnasio Británico (sede Prometric). El personal es amable y el desayuno estuvo bien. Sin embargo, hay ciertas cosas en la habitación que requieren atención (sillones y cojines decorativos viejos, mantenimiento de madera) pero son cosas que fácilmente se podrían mejorar. "

"Everything was great initally. When i went to extend my stay gor another nite, they told me they would not accept expedia bookings, only cash. Since i already booked it and after showing my expedia receipt, they accepted that for one more nite. I feel they should not be on expedia site if theyre not accepting expedia payment, only cash on site. I was disappointed."

"This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :( On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel."

"El tema sanitario, no es comodo, el personal es muh amable, pero creo que es muy costoso para una simple carpa en una montaña. No se recomienda llevar niños, dado el frio extremo que hace en las noches y no poseen calefaccion, en el dia el calor es muy fuerte dado que es una carpa y no cuenta con aire acondicionado lo que te obliga a salir de ella. En resumen aun les falta un poco para poder brindar una estancia comoda y que justifique el valor por noche."
