"Good place to stay for one night prior to flights out of CLT. Maintenance seems to be an issue, as one elevator and the pool were not an operation."

"The stay wad good, but I was a little upset, that the site said they did offer shuttles and the did not have one to take me to the airport. I had to pay an extra $50 for an uber. Which I was trying to avoid by staying at a hotel with a shuttle. Other then that the stay was fine."

"I had a last min change in my travel and needed a place to sfay for 1 night. I had taken a red eye and had no sleep. When i checked in, i was told rhat check in is at 3 and ibasked if rhere was anything available due to my travel change and sleepless state. Ibwas immediately given a very nice room. I slept for a few hours, got an early dinner and then slept again thru the night. I'm very grateful for their immediate accommodation of my situation. Excellent."

"Booked my King bed room via Hotels.com. At check in, the room type was unavailable. Only King suites at higher rate available. You better update your availability with Hotels.com or offer the next category room at the same price. Also, pool closed and it was 95 degrees!"

"I will say my stay was very comfortable and the price was right and I think that paid $70 which is pretty hard to be it was the cheapest I could find this hotel looks a little bit like it used to be owned by somebody else and Wyndham bought it but hasn't quite gotten around to doing the cosmetics renewal for example the coffee maker didn't work the rusty vent fan the slipcover over the furniture the worn furniture TV didn't quite work easily so it certainly wasn't up to par with 150 or $200...
