"everything was great!!! my only issue is that quiet time is not followed. Parents let there children run down the hallway screaming and racing. i experienced this all the way till 1130pm. i get it, it’s a water park but other people have kids as well and specially thise who have a bedtime routine that becomes disturbed due to lack of parenting! "

"Overall nice Loved the love music in the evening and staff is friendly and helpful. but a few things to consider for the property management: 1) clubhouse is a little cold. People are wearing their coats in the clubhouse. Maybe consider increasing the heat 2) free breakfast is basically coffee, some granola and milk. It really isn’t a breakfast. For the additionalresort fee being asked, I think adding some sort of free pastry, orange juice etc would give guests much better experience. "

"This is the only place that late check out is not available. They want $50 for one hour and $100 for two hours, even in a low season when the cabins are empty. Most hotels give one hour and even two hours, based on availability, just as courtesy. Just something to consider ..."

"Clean, friendly, and well positioned to discover the area. Only issue was the TV channels were difficult o access, a very complicated remote."
