"We stayed 4 nights and this is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The staff is excellent, the room and amenities were very nice. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. This is 2 nd time we have stayed here in the past 2 years and both times were great. We will always choose this hotel for our Springfield stays if available. We travel over 8 hours from home to get there and we always enjoy the area and our stay at this hotel."

"First impression was a little iffy just because it looks like older style motel. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. Bathroom was updated mattress was a little lumpy but not terrible. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. It was extremely nice that they gave you free bottles of water, that was very classy. "One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing walk in shower, plenty of space for our family of five. My teenager slept great on the extra wide couch and didn’t even use the pull out bed. Awesome coffee in the morning and we liked the thin & crispy bacon. 10/10 would stay again. "

"This was our first time at a Tru property. The room layout was spot on - lots of flat surfaces and hooks to put things. Plenty of outlets. The bathroom had counter space and a shelf above the vanity to put things. It was obviously designed by someone who frequents hotels - kudos to Tru! The free breakfast was good, usual yogurt, breads, eggs sausages and a pancake maker😃"

"There were a few bugs in the hotel room and cockroaches in the shower. Walls were pretty thin so I could hear people talking outside/in the other room. The bed was comfortable but had a huge stain on the sheets.The towels had like black suit or something on them.
