"The breakfast was excellent, however please consider changing up the menu a little bit. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t use the pool because there was a swimming class every day we were there and the pool was extremely crowded. That was very disappointing. The coffee machine in the room needs to be upgraded to a keurig. We ate coffee drinkers and that machine was not cutting it. "The room was not cleaned properly, found chunks of hair on the floor upon walking in. TERRIBLE, considering they are charging an arm and a leg for a remote property such as. We also checked in very late and did not have time to enjoy the property itself. Contacted the management about our dissatisfaction but no resolution was offered. Would love to visit this property again but staff and service is unfortunately questionable at this point… "
