"The hotel and room was excellent. However, the room lacked a remote for the TV. We told them about the issue so they asked if we would come down to get a remote. It turned out to be the wrong remote for our TV. When I returned it and told the desk person she said she'd report it to maintenance but with no apology or suggest she'd find the right one. As she was playing in her phone at the time I assume she was too busy to help. "

"I have always stayed here when in Portland Oregon. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, water is hot, linens are nice. Breakfast well presented, ample "cold" offerings. I was looking forward to cooked egg & sausage as on previous stays, ...but room rate was a good deal (= fair)."

"Some of these reviews are wild. It’s a Motel 6. Set your expectations accordingly. Staff was very friendly, room was clean with a bed and a TV. That’s all I expected because that’s what I paid for. I felt safe and was able to have my dog. There was no deposit. My only complaint is that the TV was too glitchy to watch."
