The city center is easily reachable on foot and the hotel is located in the Quay, which contains a number of restaurants, a casino, bowling alley and a move theater. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the internet connection was good. "

"This room was booked for my dad for a one night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully restored to Georgian grandness. The room was compact but very tastefully decorated & he said he slept like a log. There was bit of an issue with the flushing mechanism of the toilet & he informed the receptionist. The staff were all very lovely & he enjoyed his breakfast."

"Lovely place, very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a a bit of an issue at check in, we had booked a family room which turned out to be a double bed and a trundle bed which they brought up. The trundle bed was not fit for purpose really, it didn't look safe to sleep on. Couldn't fault the staff or the manager though, they were very helpful and made sure to try and resolve the issue for us straight away.
