"This is my second time staying here and I was happy both times. This property is pet friendly and I love how the person takes his time to make sure everything is well put together at Breakfast. "It is always great. I stay here every time I go through Syracuse. I make it a point to plan my trip with my overnight stay here. The staff is wonderful, the place is clean, the price is right, and they accept pets. I like that even if I'm pulling a trailer, I will have a place to park. There is not a lot around the area, but there is a 24-hour gas station convenience store that has some pretty good pizza."

"Always enjoy my stay there however they need to train the staff to be able to add our hotel points I've missed out the last three stays due to lack of training for employees in this matter. Also that there is more attentiveness to the bathrooms such as making sure there's enough toilet paper for the stay of the following guest. When I say the whole weekend a quarter rule of toilet paper for two females does not cut it. Also wish breakfast was an hour later with a few more options being the rooms...

"We stayed here in order to catch an early flight out of the airport and it worked great for us. The staff was respectful and courteous. The property is next door to a dunkin and there is a Tullys right down the street. Our room was clean and quite. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was worth the money for us and we will stay again when flying out so early in the morning. "
