"The location is great with free parking , staff were friendly enough the decor down stair in the guest areas was good and looked fresh, our room needed some attention ,loose fittings, old furniture, and not the best door lock i have ever seen on a hotel door . Being an attic room the walls were thin , the view was very good and the bed was comfortable. If you can look past the tiredness then under that is a good hotel"

"Our stay was lovely the room was small but adequate and the views as per the description were amazing. Staff at breakfast were lovely and the food was great. Only feedback I would like to provide is improved instructions to the car parking space - suggestion would be to add I-scream as a landmark as to were to turn onto the marina - “black railings” is not clear especially as the drive into the space looks pedestrian (this should also be mentioned). "A couple of downsides - stairs rather steep and a little dimly lit for an elderly lady and not sure sound proofing in rooms is that good but otherwise very enjoyable stay with very accommodating hosts "
