"The location is great, just opposite Kwan-Payao - the biggest natural freshwater lake in Thailand (if I'm not mistaken). The room is alright, not the best but not too bad. The breakfast is superior. It was served on a short round table with at least 8 northern style dishes including steamed sticky rice, northern thai sausage, fried crispy pork skin, fresh fruits, etc. More than a filling breakfast! "This property is clean, quiet and well maintained. I was given room 105, it was spacious with a large bed and the basics you get from a local hotel. The coffee corner was better than the usual electric kettle and Nescafe sticks, it offered more than that with bananas and pandan bread. Suggest advanced booking if you plan to stop by over the week end during the bigh season."
