"This is a brilliant find so close to the airport. No need to find the hotel shuttle bus or the expense of a taxi. Second floor near the Maglev station! Staff we very kind and efficient when we arrived at 7am Comfortable bed and lovely fresh linen. Toiletries very good. Will stay again when here!"

"The staffs at the counter were incredibly nice and friendly despite out late arrival at midnight; they even gave us fruits and sanitary kits for the night, and gave us clear instructions for out stay and services. "Rooms were lovely, fairly new and very modern. Incredibly clean. Breakfast- I was disappointed by this, I assumed from the photos they have their own restaurant but you leave the hotel to have breakfast in a restaurant next door. The choice was poor, plenty of traditional breakfast items but no alternative milks like soy, western options were limited and fresh fruit not edible. "

"In the 'real' Shanghai beneath the high-rise buildings, seeing people as they go about their day, back from main roads. AC was a it strong, especially in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tao and May. Some maps/brochures/helpful tourist information would be good. I would recommend this place to anyone."
