"For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine. "

"This is the perfect getaway in Sa Pa. Located away from the town - which is extremely busy, touristy, and overwhelming, being able to stay at a quiet place surrounded by nature and beautiful views was amazing. The place is owned by a wonderful family who were very welcoming. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a lovely balcony, and a super clean washroom. "This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...
