"We absolutely loved this room for our family vacation (6 adults + 1 teenager)!!! The room was updated and had great amenities and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook with! The giant table with bench seating was perfect for our family dinners and game night, and the outdoor patio furniture was great. The views were great as always. We absolutely loved our trip and would 10/10 stay here again!"

"Initially we were told that the pool was heated then we couldn’t use it bc it was dirty, then we just couldn’t use it bc they couldn’t fix it then it was never heated. That’s fine. I was told there was a heater day one and we never found it and they had no blankets just a throw in two rooms. Then I was told they had no heat we were freezing to the point I got sick. We had to buy blankets bc it was too late to cancel and get a new room. Besides the house being nice that’s the only good otherwise...

"Love staying on the ground floor when I have my kids. It’s 15 seconds right down to the pool and right next to the slide. Accommodations were spacious with fully stocked kitchen to cook (grill too) and utility sink in laundry room to wash out sandy clothes etc. nice they had smart tvs in both rooms. Only complaint is that the pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable. My teen ended up just sleeping on the couch. Could have used a few more blankets too. room"

"The house was comfortable and pretty clean. Access to the Mayan was a great bonus. There was an issue at check-in. I asked about early check- in and was told it would be $40.00. I said that was great but asked if it was guaranteed early check-in as we didn’t want to drive all that way and then have nowhere to go if the unit wasn’t ready. We were told yes it was guaranteed.
