"A good option for visiting Taunton. Good location as it's walkable from the train station. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean & included a mini refrigerator which was appreciated. Beds comfortable. A minor issue--towel racks & hooks are definitely needed as wet towels need a place to dry."

"We had a very comfortable nights stay. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and very peaceful and quiet. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A minor issue with the shower was dealt with superbly by the manager Mark who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. In fact, couldn’t have asked for a more caring team. "We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The hut was fully equipped with everything you need and was very cosy. We didn’t have the best weather but we lit the log burner and we’re lovely and warm. The area is absolutely beautiful and we had several long walks and runs. The night sky was amazing. As there’s no light pollution you can see so many stars. It’s quite remote but there is a shop about 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed being away from it all. "
