"A very accommodating hotel, assisted with a very late check in and then allowed for a slightly later checkout. We bumped into the shuttle driver on our way out and even though the shuttle was not due to depart for another 30 minutes he departed immediately to get us to the airport. Fantastic service. "

"It’s older but well cared for and the rooms are a nice size w/ comfy beds. The customs coffee and water machines are a nice touch. Just wish parking wasn’t extra or at least you could park two cars for the price of one. "

"It was a large room as expected. It was very clean. It was also very noisy. You could hear people in the hallways and doors closing all the time. There are no vending machines available. The front desk staff said they are coming."

"We stay here quite often, for the last 10 years! I love it, of course it isn’t a 5 star hotel, but it makes my kids and I feel safe, and they are friendly and help in anyway they can. The rooms are always clean, there is a fridge in the deluxe rooms, and there is a microwave downstairs to use if need be. If you need a hotel near Disneyland/ Knotts and are looking for a reasonably priced one, this is it! "
