"Great location. We had an event at the Convention Center and this hotel was just a few steps away! Erika was very helpful at the front desk when we arrived early to get us checked in! The hotel was clean overall. Highly recommended!"

"This property was in a convenient location, which is why I selected it. It is very close to shops and restaurants, although it is not attractive around the property. It might look unsafe to some, but it is fine and people were walking around into the evening. The manager and staff were very polite and super helpful. I would recommend staying here. "

"Great location for visiting Rock City and Ruby Falls. Close to the city and yet away from all the traffic. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was sufficient, and plenty of seating room. Only got double beds which was a bit crowded but they were comfortable. Rooms were clean and neat. Nice indoor pool, but a bit warm for those watching little ones."

"The bathtub was not properly clean; therefore, I was unable the shower or bathe. Other than that, the room was well stocked and clean, the property was clean and it was quiet with adequate outdoor lighting and parking. "

"This hotel was just what we wanted for our family trip. We had adjoining rooms and they were very nice and clean. The location was perfect- within easy walking distance of the aquarium, the riverfront, numerous places to eat and my grandson’s favorite, a pinball museum.There was a problem with my bill when I checked out but the customer service was excellent. All was sorted out quickly and both Sajhana and Sahil were very polite and helpful."

"The Home Town Inn turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The cost was very reasonable so I wasn’t expecting accommodations that were spacious. It had a full size refrigerator which was also a surprise. The accommodations were very clean. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. We will stay there again. "

"The staff were friendly and prompt at responding to concerns. The hair dryer was broken in our room. The manager moved us to the room next door where the hair dryer worked and the room was actually a little larger. We didn't like the cigarette butts in the hallway. There are signs that say no smoking within a certain number of feet; however, there was strong odors of cigarettes in the hallways. The second room was great. "
