"Exactly what I needed. No glitz but a calm, quiet, clean and well located place to stay for an overnight stay in Philly. I also liked the fact that you have to take an elevator up from ground level that opens up only to the lobby. As a woman traveling alone, I liked the fact that the front desk is located with a direct view to that elevator and then you have to switch to a different elevator that is only accessible by guests with a room key. "I had a great time! The king suite was huge and the kitchenette was very cute. Only issue was the tv not having a casting option and I didnt want to login to my personal accounts but other than that it was perfect. Definitely enjoyed my little birthday trip. "

"The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price."

"The property had no idea I was Expedia gold. I had to tell them I was supposed to receive an upgrade etc. This didn’t show on their system so be sure to save this info to prove to them your benefits. They said it just shows Expedia but no status. "

"The front desk personnel were great. Very helpful. Unfortunately i left my Iphone and some cologne left in my room was not recovered requiring me to file a lost or stolen claim with my insurance which cost $250 for the deductible. "
