"The first room's door handle didnt work, so they relocated us to another room that didnt have a shower curtain, which was easily fixed. My biggest issue was the room we ended up in was clearly occupied by a smoker prior to our stay. On the positive side, beds were comfortable."

"My stay was wonderful. Been there several weekends as work was being done on my home. My past two visits were just perfect. Everyone was friendly and respectful and made me feel right at home. I had no issues at all. The room was clean, love having the little kitchen. Would highly recommend WoodSpring Suites!"

"I have been staying at this particular hotel during Presidents Day Weekend for several years. This is the first time that I was not completely satisfied with everything. I was placed into a room where the bathroom was designed for someone with disabilities. The shower and sink were not user friendly for a person without disabilities. I never requested this type of room and my reservation was made about 2 months in advance."
