"There were signs saying so smoking. The front entrance smelled like smoke. Was told they serve breakfast until 10 am. However when I walked up to the front at 9:45 there were no signs of breakfast anywhere "

"Room was clean and interior was clean, pool was undergoing some maintenance but nothing you can do about that, only complaint is that the parking sucks, you have to park behind the building and the walk to front entrance is long."

"Listen, my son barfed in the room at 2:30am. The smell was awful and I was trying to clean it up with a damn box of kleenex and washcloths. I called the front desk to ask if they could send me some up some cleaning supplies. They declined and said they'd take care of it and got me in a room just two doors down for no charge. They could've kept my deposit and charged me for the two rooms. I'm sure there are published policies on how to handle these scenarios but when you're bleary eyed at 2:30am...
