"It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. "Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel, where the staff make no attempt to greet the guests. We checked in late using the machine outside so the reception was closed, which I have no problem with. What I didn’t like is when I did finally see the receptionist and smiled, I was greeted with a blank stare. Not once, did the staff even try to acknowledge us which we found, very disappointing. Only person I care into contact with was the cleaner and that’s it! I think more basic amenities would be nice...

"We stayed during the Olympic Games in August 2024 an the hotel was super busy. The staff were really helpful, room was clean and airconditioned. The breakfast was perfect for this type of hotel. You could not ask for a better experience."

"A lovely budget hotel in a Fontainebleau. Friendly welcome, clean, quiet room. Bathroom small by North American standards but not out of the ordinary in Europe. Close to everything, Fontainebleau Chateau is close, ( to enter the grounds) and the ticket booth about 15 minutes away. Place de la Republique is perhaps a 7 minute walk away, with a lovely market three times a week. Dining options are many, varied and close by, (il Primo Biaccio a great Italian place). We did not avail ourselves...

"It was awful. About an hour and half away from everything. At 3 in the morning there’s some kind of truck loading and unloading right outside my window. And no air conditioner. Plus the bathroom smelled of urine"
