She looked sleepy but still managed to be impressively most professional, as she informed me of all the available facilities and functions of the room, like wi-fi, drinkable water, washing machine down the hall, etc. The twin room was a bit small and the toilet and shower aren't separated by a tub, but was still more than a perfect fit for two...
