"Pulling into the property there are what seems to be A LOT of homeless people who are doing drugs in plain view blocking the stairs, there was bed bugs in one of the beds, the room was cleaned using what may have been a dirty rag cause there was a layer of grease or dirt everywhere, the sheets were still dirty, the tv didnt work. The he best part about the stay was the ac. "

"I will start out with the positives that we did have. The check in process was fairly simple, communication with the host was prompt, the pool area was great for the kids and there were many great food/drink establishments within walking distance. There was even a little grocery store downstairs. However, our experience was by far the worst we have ever had at any rental. The apartment itself had a lot of damage to it done by past renters (missing door knobs, entertainment center stand broken...

"Pros: Great location. Walkable to conference center and downtown bars/restaurants. Lots of space. Great kitchen and balcony. Cons: only one key to the apartment. There was a group of 4 of us and only one key to get into the building/up the elevator/in the apartment was very inconvenient . Beds were okay , not overly comfortable. Showers could have been a little cleaner as well"
