"I stayed at a couple Kinjos and this one was great. Reception was open reliably and spacious. With the help of Google translate app communication was friendly and clear. They had Kinjo loungewear available as promised. I was in a 2 bed room just for myself and it was comfortable and clean. I love the dryer room! "The room was very compact, and very new inside. Welcome staff were located on the second floor, and not on the ground floor, so it was a bit confusing on my arrival. After 15 minutes of looking around; the staff from the second floor came down to greet me; and I got checked led in. The language barrier was very real; as my Japanese was non existent.
