If you're a light sleeper, keep in mind there are student-rented homes nearby so occasional night time noise is to be expected. "The house was perfect for our weekend trip to the springs. It's all newly renovated with modern touches. The neighborhood seems to be in a bit of a transition with newer nicely maintained homes and yards and some older overgrown less cared for homes. We felt very safe, the neighborhood was quiet and it suited our needs perfectly. "

"A truly beautiful home in a great location! This house was stunning, really comfortable and well stocked. We had a private chef come and do a dinner for us and the kitchen was really well stocked. The hot tub was great also. The host was kind and communicative. Great central location for a great trip in Colorado Springs. "

We loved the decor and the space was very comfortable for us. It was also spotless. If we have an overnight in the springs again, we would absolutely stay here. "
