"We had flushing issues with the toilet but the staff fixed the problem immediately. The receptionist was nice because we needed a refund for a breakfast that we were not going to use, and we got the refund immediately. Overall we felt safe within the property."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny medieval town of Sarrazac and La Bonne Famille lived up to their name with their charming hotel and restaurant. For 5 generations they have been running their business and it shows in the level of professionalism and commitment to service. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a large shower. Lots of places to visit nearby, staff really friendly and helpful. Lots of car parking, either right outside the hotel or in the square. We used the hotel as a base to go sightseeing and as such it suited us fine. Highly recommended. "
