"At my request my room was on a low floor because I knew in advance that there wasn’t an elevator. This made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel is a 25 minute walk (almost completely flat) to the historic area. Very convenient location. "

"The property staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to put our luggage in the room prior to our check in time, which made it very convenient. The walk from the train station is very easy and felt safe all around."

"Everyone were friendly and respectful, it is a hotel to stay one Night to sleep if you are exploring Italy and that’s what we were doing , the room was clean, i think if they offer a breakfast any kind , they need to improve in quality and temperature of food, eggs were cold, and the breakfast room was not attractive at all, you can tell the food is prepared from same people we saw at front desk , nothing wrong with that but seems like inexperienced people handling the food "
