"Overall I’m satisfied with the service. Staff are helpful. But housekeeping became an issue. We were told that housekeeping usually cleans the room every 2 days unless requested, but not necessarily true based on our experienced. We stayed there for almost a week. There was an occasion that 2 days had passed and no one still cleaned the room. When we informed the desk personnel, we were told that the housekeeping was gone for the day.
